ATL has been delighted to support a ‘Developing the Young Workforce’ initiative where they are supplying old PCs and laptops to schools. This allows classes to open up the computers to understand how they are put together, what the components actually look like and how they operate. Having recently upgraded its PC stock, ATL was happy to donate a number of older PCs and laptops to the cause. Handing over the PCs to Michael Gibson of DYW (right in picture) is Sean Collins, ATL’s Aero Operations Manager (left in picture).
Sean commented, “These units are going to help school classes learn more about how computers work and if they can help inspire the next generation of IT engineers, then we’re happy to help with that.”
