As part of ATL’s plan to reduce our impact on the environment, we have just completed the installation of a closed loop chiller (our second) on our vacuum furnaces.
Cooling the furnace in this way has many advantages including avoiding the need to chemically treat the cooling water. This means we have less impact on the environment by using fewer chemicals and less water.
It’s just one more step along the way!
