The Young Person’s Guarantee brings together employers, partners and young people. It aims to connect every 16 to 24 year old in Scotland to an opportunity. This could be a job, apprenticeship, further or higher education, training or volunteering.  

ATL has just recommitted its participation in the scheme, having hosted many school visits, school placements, career fairs and committing to a graduate apprenticeship in engineering. We are delighted to be associated with Developing the Young Workforce and look forward to many more years working together!
